• When is my payment collected?

    For our reoccurring subscriptions payment will be taken on the 15th of every month.

  • When will my crate be shipped?

    We will ship your Crate out on the 7th of each month unless it is a weekend or holiday.

    (The cut off for the upcoming box is the last day of the current month)

  • Where do we ship to?

    At the moment, we only ship within the USA but if you are in another country, contact our customer support team and we can see what we can do!

  • What will be in my Iron Crate?

    Each month will be a surprise!! We may include ideas, hints or an imagery of special items coming up in the future Crates!

  • If an item is damaged, what can I do?

    Oh no, we apologize! We take care of each and every Iron Crate that comes through our HQ and treat it with proper care. We also pack it strategically so it stays as safe as possible. When we hand our packages over to the mailing company, it is out of our control how they handle your items. The same goes for if your Iron Crate is stollen on your property when delivered. With that being said, please reach out to our support team and see if there is anything we can do to help you set this straight and we will do everything possible to help you!
